Awesome place with great wi-fi, free parking, and a fitness center. The staff was helpful during my first stay when they recommended a local taxi. I'll be back for Christmas!

Staff That Felt Like Family

The hotel's proximity to the mall made our stay convenient for shopping. We were welcomed warmly by a staff that genuinely seemed to care about our experience. A special shoutout to Sophie, who made sure our needs were met throughout our stay. The breakfast spread blew us away, with a good variety that catered to all tastes.

Excellent Family Stay with Friendly Service!

Our recent trip was fantastic! The friendly front desk staff made check-in a breeze, and we loved the ample breakfast options. The room was clean and well-prepared. A tip for future guests, arrive early to enjoy the best breakfast selection!

The pool area caught my attention immediately. It had a good size and was perfect for kids, but the water was way too hot, losing some of the fun for my family. Our room, the Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, met our needs just right. The cleanliness of the room made it much more enjoyable. Breakfast in the morning surprised me with a wide variety of options, including pancakes, which my kids loved. The staff kept everything stocked well, and the breakfast area felt tidy and welcoming. However, it was a bit awkward transitioning in the shower since it lacked a door or curtain. That layout wasn’t the most convenient for everyone, especially when it came to shaving. Also, I noticed some inconsistent temperature control in the room. it got warmer than I'd like overnight. The overall experience was decent, but they need to adjust the pool temperature for a better family-friendly atmosphere. A little more focus on the pool area would elevate this stay significantly.

My family and i stayed for one night while visiting rogers, and holiday inn express exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, and we enjoyed the amazing breakfast options with pancakes and bacon. Overall a great experience compared to our previous stay in rogers, it felt much more cute.

I had a great stay with the clean, modern room and a fantastic buffet breakfast spread. However, the refrigerator was a bit icy and could use some defrosting. I'd definitely return.
